Office and commercial moves with minimal downtime
A business move is judged on one thing: how fast you are back up and running. We have relocated offices around Manville and Somerset County since 1985, from a Somerville storefront to suites in Bridgewater and Branchburg and along the I-287 corridor.
We plan around your schedule and move with our own crew and trucks — no broker or unknown subcontractor wandering through your space with your equipment.
How we run a commercial move
It begins with a site visit at both ends to map the layout, the elevators, the dock hours, and any building certificate of insurance. We then handle the moving parts that keep a relocation organized:
- Label and crate by department or workstation
- Disassemble, pad, and reassemble desks, conference furniture, and server racks
- Coordinate the IT sequence so the network and phones come back up quickly
Phased moves that keep you open
For phased moves we run it in stages, evenings or over a weekend, so part of the office stays operational. We can also drop off labeled crates ahead of time so staff pack their own desks, which speeds the install at the new suite.
One flat price
The rate is flat and quoted up front, so the move does not become an hourly meter running while a department waits for its desks.
When a move crosses state lines we run it under US DOT and MC authority, with a NJ Public Mover license at home and $1M in cargo coverage. Get a free office-move quote.
